The brats are packaged roughly 2lbs. to a pack and are sold for $15/1lb. We will offer 10lb bundles minimum. (These brats are raw and uncooked) They will come in a Virginia Grown bag on delivery. We have a limited quantity so don't delay.

Ararat Farm’s Maple Jalapeno Brats have been such a hit and they are back. After much experimentation with our butcher, we have concocted the perfect combination of real maple syrup and diced jalapenos for a delicious brat that's bursting in flavor. This well balanced sausage is mouth-watering with pancakes and eggs or is right at home in a hoagie bun with peppers and onions. Each batch varies in it’s sweet to spiciness ratio, but, with the combination of maple syrup they make for a sweet and spicy flavor without being too spicy for more sensitive tastes.
