Our pork is sold at $6.65/lb carcass weight. The estimated carcass weight is 75-100lbs.. Your deposit reserves your pork and the rest of your total is called shipping/handling, payable when you pick your meat up.

The Butcher charges an extra fee/lb for any curing ordered, we show that charge on your receipt.
