In the button below is an example cut sheet of our 4 order options that we provide to give you the best choice for how you would like your beef cut to suit you and your family. We provide 3 package option as well as a custom order which is like the pork order where you select how you would like your beef cut and amounts packaged.

Half beef- $50 deposit w/ $7.20 per lb of carcass weight
