The beef orders can sometimes be a bit more complicated so we tried to make it easier to see what and how you can order your beef. In the button below is an example of the 3 order options that we provide to give you the best choice for how you would like your beef cut to suit you and your family. If you are ordering a quarter beef only, you must use one of the package selection. You can not use the custom cut sheet for a quarter beef.
