Grassfed and Finished Beef…
Ararat Farm’s grassfed beef are raised with intensively managed, mob stocked grazing methods. This means that they are moved onto fresh pasture at least daily up to twice a day. This provides the cows with a fresh salad bar buffet to graze from and gives them the best nutrition so we can provide you with fat, flavorful beef. Pastured Pork

GMO and Soy Free Pasture Raised Chicken
Ararat Farm is now providing GMO and Soy Free pasture raised chicken. On the beautifully cleared fields that the cows have grazed, the grass is growing so well and tall for chickens to be able to scratch and find all the forage they need to live a healthy life and have a delicious flavor. Grassfed and Finished Bison
Ararat Farm is also experimenting for 2020 with bison. We graze the bison very well along with the cattle and stay in a single strand of poly electric wire fencing. They are fill out well with our intensely managed grazing with our methods. Click Here for more details on how the bison were managed. Meat Ordering
Ararat offers you a variety of meats to purchase so here is a brief summary of order options. For a more detailed layout Click here.
We offer Spring and Fall bulk beef (whole, half or quarter cow). We have package options as well as a custom cut sheet for you to choose how you would like your beef processed.
We will also be adding in beef by the package with select cuts. By the package meaning buying individual cuts of meat. These offers will be monthly.
We offer Summer and Winter bulk pork (whole or half pig). We offer a custom cut sheet for you to choose how you would like your pig processed.

Bristol Gardens & Grill
Ararat Farm has now been serving a wonderful local restaurant in Bristol TN. Using Ararat’s grassfed/finished ground beef they serve delicious burgers with so much flavor. The meat makes a great burger but the chef works the magic!
